Are you a non-profit program manager or executive who would like to...

  • Do more with less?
  • Sustain and grow your activities?
  • Demonstrate program value to your funders and governing board?

Program evaluation can help you do all these things. Unfortunately, too often evaluations cost too much money and provide too little valuable new information. In this interactive session, we’ll provide a step-by-step overview of the entire process of planning and conducting an effective evaluation that delivers actionable results. This is not a session for learning specific data collection and analysis methods. You’ll receive templates and tips you can use to manage or conduct an effective program evaluation for your organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • The six steps to effective program evaluation
  • Key questions to ask your evaluator
  • Tips for evaluating your program on a tight budget
