In this presentation Dr. Kaplan will share with nonprofit participants how to use the donor lifecycle map, explore its usefulness in donor acquisition, cultivation, and retention, and how to incorporate the model into your organization's development plan and fundraising strategies. In addition to her presentation, a panel discussion representing donors, nonprofits, foundation, and training consultants will respond to the model and highlight perspectives from their respective domains.
